When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide, such as your name, business email, company, telephone number and inquiry content, to respond, take steps before entering into a contract, keep necessary correspondence and establish or defend legal claims.

Depending on the context, processing is based on your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in business communication and protection of claims, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where consent is expressly requested.

Inquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and, where justified, until related claims expire or mandatory accounting and legal retention periods end.
